Nominators say: Coach Allan Trimble is a legend in Jenks, OK, in his 21st season as head football coach; his teams have won 15 state championships. Coach Trimble tried to retire this year as he was diagnosed with ALS. No one knew why at the time and the community was stunned and deeply saddened. It was then he revealed with what he had been struggling.
